As a global network, we are acutely aware of the challenges and struggles facing communities across the world, and we all want to help—that’s what makes F45 a family. We say it time and time again—the F45 community is one of a kind, and we are constantly in awe of how much we can achieve when we are working towards a common goal.

F45 Training has launched the Heroes Hollywood initiative to fundraise for worthy causes. Throughout the year, we will share a variety of causes for you to get behind.

Mental health is arguably more important than ever before, which is why our first Heroes Hollywood of the year will be dedicated to raising funds for charities that focus on mental health.
